01 · Any CV, in your template

Resume formatting, without the retyping.

Drop in a candidate’s CV as a PDF or Word file. Koho lays it out in your agency’s template, with your logo, colours and typeface, and their contact details taken off, ready to send to a client.

  • PDF, Word or text in. PDF, .docx and .txt files up to 25 MB, one at a time or several at once.
  • Your brand out. Five looks, your logo, accent colour and typeface on every profile.
  • Clients come back to you. Contact details are never printed. Each profile says to contact your agency.

02 · Terms signed online

Terms of business, signed online.

Set the fee, payment terms and guarantee for each client, then send your terms as a link. The client reads and signs on any device, without an account, and you both get a copy by email.

  • No login for clients. They open the link, consent, then type or draw their signature.
  • A full audit trail. Name, role, email, time, internet address and browser are recorded with each signature.
  • A copy that never changes. The exact version they signed is kept, with a fingerprint that shows it hasn’t been altered.

03 · References chase themselves

Reference checks that chase themselves.

Pick a candidate, add their referee and choose a question set. The referee answers a short form online or asks for a call, and Koho sends the reminders, so you never write a follow-up email.

  • Ready-made question sets. Senior leadership, finance and accounting, and a quick check, or write your own.
  • Reminders on their own. Day 3 and day 7, then a nudge to you with what to try next.
  • No AI near the answers. References are never read by an AI service.

04 · The candidate does the typing

Candidate registration, done on their phone.

After the call, send one link. The candidate fills in their details, work rights, availability and referees on their phone, and everything lands on their record. Nobody types it up.

  • Six short steps. Details, work rights, checks, what they’re looking for, referees and consent.
  • Work rights covered. Visa holders upload their proof, and you can see whose evidence is still to come.
  • Your form, your questions. Turn questions on or off, make them required, and add up to five of your own.

05 · Market notes with your name

Market updates with your name on them.

Pay growth, vacancies, job ads and skills shortages for the industries you recruit into, from official Australian data. Pick the findings that matter to a client and send them a branded market note.

  • Official sources only. ABS, Jobs and Skills Australia, the RBA and the Fair Work Commission.
  • Every figure cited. The source and period sit beside every number.
  • Never from AI. No model writes, estimates or restates a figure.

Your data

Agency records and files are stored in Sydney, and each agency’s information is kept apart from every other agency’s. Resume files are read and discarded unless your agency chooses to keep them.

To read a CV, Koho sends its text to Anthropic, which may process it outside Australia and does not use it to train models. References are never read by an AI service, and market figures are never generated by one. The privacy policy has the full detail.
