01Allsorter in short

Allsorter is a CV formatting tool for agencies, run by Datalive Ltd in Dublin. It integrates with most of the ATSs agencies use, JobAdder and Bullhorn among them, and holds ISO 27001 and Cyber Essentials Plus. Prices are quote only. Its data is hosted in AWS’s European region, which matters if your clients expect candidate data to stay in Australia. Its homepage now also promotes Nexus, a sourcing and screening product.

02RemakeCV in short

RemakeCV publishes a simple price: US$25 per user per month, billed annually, with 30 CVs per seat each month. It integrates with Bullhorn, Vincere, JobAdder, Salesforce and Mercury, and uses OpenAI to read CVs. Its website doesn’t say where data is hosted, though EU residency is available on request.

03Others you may see

Daxtra’s Styler formats and anonymises CVs, and needs a paid licence from Daxtra. If your ATS is Vincere or another Daxtra partner, ask your ATS provider about it.

04Which one fits

  • Allsorter or RemakeCV if you want formatted CVs to flow straight back into your ATS today.
  • RemakeCV if you want a free trial before you talk to anyone.
  • Koho if you want your agency’s records and files held in Sydney, blind profiles that warn you about anything identifying left in, and CV formatting alongside references, terms of business, registration and market notes. It doesn’t connect to an ATS yet, and exports CVs as PDF only.

05How Koho converts CVs

Drop in a PDF, Word or text file. Koho lays it out in one of five looks with your logo, colours and typeface, marks anything it isn’t sure of for a check, and never prints the candidate’s contact details. Switch to a blind profile and it warns you about any name, email, phone number or employer still in the text. CV text is read by Anthropic’s Claude, which may process it outside Australia and doesn’t use it for training; the file itself is discarded unless your agency chooses to keep files. How much does Allsorter cost?

Allsorter doesn’t publish its prices. Its pricing page lists Standard, Elite and Enterprise plans and asks you to request a quote.

How much does RemakeCV cost?

RemakeCV’s website lists US$25 per user per month, billed annually, with 30 CV credits per seat each month. Enterprise pricing is custom.

Where is my candidates’ data held?

Allsorter hosts data in AWS’s European region. RemakeCV doesn’t say on its website, though it offers EU residency on request. Koho keeps your agency’s records and files in Sydney.

Does Koho integrate with JobAdder or Bullhorn?

Not yet. Koho works on its own for now, with the candidate’s record, references and terms in one place.

Can these tools make blind or anonymised CVs?

Koho can, warning you before download about anything that could still identify the candidate. Daxtra’s Styler also anonymises CVs. Check with Allsorter and RemakeCV for their current options.
