What is Koho?

Koho is back-office software for Australian recruitment agencies. It converts any CV to your agency's template, sends your terms of business for e-signing, chases references, lets candidates register themselves and sends clients market updates, all from one record with your brand on it.

Do clients and referees need an account?

No. Clients sign your terms and referees answer their questions from a link, on pages with your agency's logo and colours.

Where is our data stored?

Your agency's records and files are stored in Sydney. Resume files are read and discarded unless your agency chooses to keep them. To read a CV, Koho sends its text to Anthropic, which may process it outside Australia and does not use it to train models. The privacy policy has the full detail.

What does an e-signed agreement record?

The signer's name, role and signature, the time and their internet address. A signed copy never changes, so it stands up to an audit.

Where do the market insights figures come from?

From the ABS and Jobs and Skills Australia, with the source cited on every figure. They are never generated by AI.

How much does Koho cost?

A$49 per consultant a month plus GST, or A$39 a month on an annual plan, with all five modules for every consultant on your team and no minimum seats.
